2. Acceptance of Terms

If you do not agree with these Terms, you must not use the website or enter any competition.

3. Eligibility

To enter a competition, you must:

• Be legally capable of entering into a binding contract
• Provide accurate and complete information
• Not be an employee, partner, or direct affiliate of WinAtlas

Participation is open internationally, provided that participation is lawful in your country of residence. It is the participant's responsibility to ensure compliance with local laws.

WinAtlas reserves the right to request at any time:

• A valid government-issued ID
• Proof of address
• Any information necessary to verify identity (KYC)

Failure to provide requested documentation may result in forfeiture of the prize.

4. Nature of the Competitions

All competitions organised by WinAtlas are skill-based.

Each entry requires:

• The purchase of a ticket
• The correct answer to a skill-based question requiring knowledge or reasoning

This requirement ensures that the competition does not constitute a game of chance under UK law.

5. Entry Process

• Each competition has a clearly stated closing date and time.
• Any entry received after the closing date will be invalid.
• An entry is only valid once payment has been successfully confirmed.

WinAtlas reserves the right to:

• Cancel a competition
• Extend the closing date
• Modify a competition in exceptional circumstances

In the event of cancellation, a full refund will be issued.

6. Winner Selection

The winner is selected from all participants who correctly answered the skill-based question.

The draw is conducted via the RandomDraws platform, a certified independent online draw service ensuring fairness and transparency.

The winner will be contacted by email or telephone.

If the winner does not respond within 14 days, a new draw may be conducted.

7. Winner Verification (KYC & AML)

Before awarding the prize, the winner must provide:

• A valid government-issued ID
• Proof of address
• Any reasonably requested information required for legal compliance

WinAtlas reserves the right to refuse the award of a prize in cases of:

• Suspected fraud
• Money laundering concerns
• False declarations
• Breach of these Terms & Conditions

8. Prizes

Each competition clearly specifies:

• The prize description
• Its estimated retail value
• Any applicable restrictions

Prizes are non-transferable and non-exchangeable.

If a prize becomes unavailable due to circumstances beyond WinAtlas' control, an equivalent prize or a cash alternative may be offered.

9. Travel-Specific Conditions

For travel-related prizes:

• The trip must take place within the specified month stated on the competition page.
• The exact travel dates will be agreed between the winner and the WinAtlas team, subject to availability.
• In certain exceptional cases specified on the competition page, WinAtlas may impose fixed travel dates which cannot be modified.
• Travel insurance is the responsibility of the winner.
• WinAtlas is not responsible for visa refusals.
• WinAtlas is not responsible for delays, cancellations, or changes imposed by airlines or hotels.

The winner is responsible for ensuring that all travel documents are valid.

10. Refund Policy

All entries are final and non-refundable except in cases of:

• Competition cancellation
• Technical errors preventing valid entry

11. Fraud and Abuse

The following are strictly prohibited:

• Creation of multiple accounts
• Use of bots or automated scripts
• Fraudulent payments
• Any attempt to manipulate the competition

Fraudulent accounts may be suspended without refund.

12. Limitation of Liability

WinAtlas shall not be liable for:

• Technical interruptions
• Payment processing errors beyond its control
• Force majeure events
• Decisions made by regulatory authorities

WinAtlas' maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for entry.

13. Tax Responsibility

The winner is solely responsible for any tax liabilities arising from accepting the prize in their country of residence.

• Contacting winners
